Standing Broad Jump

You toe the line, crouch down and leap forward as far as you can. A measurement is taken from the line to the heel of the rear landing foot.

Vertical Jump 

You Stand flatfooted, in front of the vertical leap pole with one arm directly above his head. Without taking a step, you then jump as high as you can reaching for the highest possible measuring flag on the pole.
